RETURN & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally happy with any purchases from Sunnypack and will do what ever we can to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer. Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Sunnypack also makes every effort to ensure you order is received correct and in good condition. However, despite every effort errors & breakages do occur from time to time. In this event:
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods via email detailing items incorrect or damaged, for claims over $50.00 please also send images.
Replacement stock is not supplied, credits issued can be applied to subsequent orders.
No product whether damaged, incorrect or faulty is to be returned without prior approval and by our nominated carrier.
All goods are supplied on a non-return/sold basis & remain the property of Sunnypack until paid for in full.
If stock is returned by agreement and authorised by Sunnypack re-stocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods will be charged plus any return freight costs.
When closures are supplied:
Where the closure is a cork it should be noted that only standard conglomerate corks are supplied. Due to the differing standard of cork required depending on the contents and manufacturing processes used to seal. Sunnypack does not warrant the corks supplied. Sunnypack recommends that all customers seek expert advice on the standard of cork and sealing methods appropriate to their product.
Sunnypack does not warrant any product suitable for a customer’s specific use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate testing occurs to ensure compatibility and suitability of use for all Sunnypack item components.
In any event the value of any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
